Reflecting back on my actions towards change

Let's approach this as frank as possible.

1. Exercise
- I have not been exercising as a proper regime. I have been doing some yoga on Tuesdays in Wolfson, which has been great. Also, I had some other strategies like cycling fast and going to dance class, which I genuinely feel does contribute to a certain extent. However, I have to acknowledge that I have not done it as a clear planned 3 times a day.

Why?
- Its cold, hence it has been demotivating me to go outside and run. A few times I went out to run I genuinely suffered.
- My asthma conditions have been acting out quite frequently in the UK and based on the doctor it is expected.
- I have been having a hard time keeping up with my schedule
- I did not schedule in my exercise time (maybe I should work on this)

2. Eat healthily
- I would say mixed reviews here. I am not used to cooking with the ingredients here, but I have been trying my best to make something. However, I chose to eat in the dining hall as it could be a better choice than my primary carbohydrate meal that I cook. This has been helpful. Recently I have been doing noodle soup, where I throw in as much as vegetables that I can in the soup. I think this is a bit more healthy. I shall maintain for lunch either the baguette in the engineering department or JBS. For dinner either eat in the dining hall or my noodle soup(with loads of vegetables).
- My gastric has been acting out for the past month as I have not been eating on time. I was admitted in the A&E a few days back due to acute stomach ache, which was horrifying. I need to eat healthily on schedule, and I need to be disciplined about it.

3. Do activities that give me joy
- Frankly, compared to my old self, I have been doing this significantly better. To begin, in the past I tend to not do these things citing that I am busy. However, being in Cambridge, I have told myself that I will do things that make me happy, and then catch up back with my work. As I become slightly more cheerful, I tend to be able to be more efficient in my work. So I have been doing Salsa, going to comedy shows, meeting my classmates often, taking my time in weekends to watch a movie, I went to the cinema twice when I am here. I feel this is the area that I did better.
